The plain-language version
If Blueprint isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation. Your refund makes your licence key inactive.
How it works
- Request by emailing support@blueprintformac.com from your purchase email address, or reply to your receipt.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days.
- This 14-day promise is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and any equivalent law where you live. If the App has a serious fault, consumer law rights apply regardless of the 14 days.
- Purchases through a merchant of record (for example, Paddle) may also be refunded through their support channel; either route works.
- We may decline repeat refund-and-repurchase patterns that indicate abuse.
