Terms of Sale

1. Who is selling

Licences are sold by Hayden Treherne, sole trader, Auckland, New Zealand — or, where stated at checkout, by our merchant of record (for example, Paddle), which handles payment, applicable taxes, and invoicing as the seller of record.

2. Pricing tiers (current)

Caps are real: when a tier sells out, it is gone. Prices exclude any applicable taxes unless the checkout states otherwise.

3. Delivery

Immediately after payment you receive an email with your licence key, a download link, and a receipt. Delivery is electronic only.

4. Refunds

See the Refund Policy — a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on direct purchases, plus your statutory rights, which are never limited.

5. Founder pilot disclosure

Founder-tier purchasers are buying version 1.0 of a newly launched product from a small New Zealand developer. It has been tested against a substantial real-world drawing corpus, but early software has rough edges. Founder customers get direct email support and their feedback shapes 1.x. 6. Fair use and cancellation of orders

We may cancel and refund any order that appears fraudulent or breaches these terms.
